The premier industry exhibition of software
requirements and software engineering is a highlight of the annual
IEEE International Requirements Engineering conference (http://www.re03.org/).
Exhibiting companies and research institutions provide products
and services in areas such as software requirement engineering,
computer-aided software engineering, configuration management,
automated software process & collaboration, programming
environments, data archive & storage application software.
In addition, participating companies will be able to give a product
presentation in an exhibitor's track.
The RE2003 Industry Exhibits complement the technical
program and feature industry leaders in software requirements
and software engineering. This exhibition is one you will not
want to miss! It begins on Wednesday and continues through Thursday
of RE2003. Vendors may also be interested in attending the RE2003
industry talks:

Over 200 software and requirements engineering
professionals are expected.

Instruction
To complete booth reservation, please follow the following steps.
STEP 1:
The first step toward reserving a booth at RE is to send me an email
stating the following:
- Complete Contact information such as company name, contact name,
email, phone #, URL, and address
- The Product Name,
- A short (1 paragraph - no more than 3 sentences) describing the product,
- The booth # that you want (2,5,6,8 are reserved and others are in the process
of sending in their selections).
STEP 2:
You will need to send Simanta Mitra
the signed contract (form is available in doc
format and pdf format.) and the payment.
The exhibition is on Sep 10th and 11th. You can start installing the
exhibits on Sep 9th after 3pm. Please fill the forms and send to Simanta
Mitra.
STEP 3:
The RE03 conference has an exhibitors track - i.e. presentation by exhibitors
about their products, services, or solution approaches. This is scheduled
for THU Sep 11 from 11:00-12:30 and from 14:00-15:30.

RE2003 will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel,Monterey Bay, CA, USA, Phone:(831)393-1115.
The exhibits portion of the RE2003 conference will occupy Seaside Room for a total
of 1875 gross square feet of exhibit space. Ceiling height is 12
feet. A view of the RE2003 exhibit hall.
Space Fee: RE2003 rates for exhibiting are $1,000 per tabletop for Wednesday
- Thursday (September 10 - September 11).
Maximum Tabletop Dimension: 6 feet by 30 inches
