Submission Site:

Manuscripts should be submitted to the IEEE CLOUD 2018 Paper Submission/Review System powered by EasyChair.org.

  • If you plan to submit a full-length paper, please select the "Research Track of IEEE CLOUD 2018" and then select the Main Track or one of the 12 Workshops.
  • If you plan to submit a short paper, please select the "Work-in-Progress Track of IEEE CLOUD 2018".

All papers will be reviewed by the same program committee to ensure quality and consistency.

  • When submitting a full-length paper, one has to tell the program committee whether (a) you want your paper to be considered for the Main Track only, (b) allow your paper to be transferred to appropriate workshop if necessary, or (c) allow your paper to be transferred to appropriate workshop or the Work-in-Progress Track if necessary.
  • For a paper submitted to the Main Track, the Program Committee will decide whether a paper should be accepted by the Main Track or Workshops based on the quality of the paper.
  • For a paper submitted to a specific workshop, the Workshop Chair(s) will decide whether the paper be accepted or recommend to the Work-in-Progress Track for further consideration.
  • Papers not accepted by the Main Track or Workshops may be recommended to the Work-in-Progress track for further consideration.
