At least one author of each paper must pay the full registration fee plus any over page charge at the time of submitting the camera-ready copy to IEEE Computer Society (or by 15.00 BST on 3rd June 2005) for the paper to be included in the proceedings and program of the conference.

For each paper (either a conference or a workshop paper) and each fast abstract one distinct author or co-author must pay the full registration fee. If a person is the single author or the only co-author registered for two papers, or for one paper and one fast abstract, then that person must pay two full registration fees. The reduced student registration fee cannot be used to satisfy the author registration requirement. Each panelist must also pay the full registration fee unless s/he has already paid a full registration as an author or co-author, in which case the panelist does not need to pay an additional registration fee.

From here you can EITHER proceed to the on-line credit card payment page OR you can print the confirmation page and send it, together with your cheque in Pounds Sterling drawn on a British Bank or a cheque in Euros made payable to "University of Edinburgh" to:

CONFERENCE FEES

• Registration fee (including student registration fee) includes admission to all technical sessions of the conference and workshops, a copy of the conference proceedings and workshop proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch for each day of the three-day conference, the Pre-conference Reception, the Conference Reception and the Conference Banquet †.
• IEEE Members or IEEE Computer Society Affiliate members must include their membership number in order to register at the member rate.
• Students must be IEEE Student Members and must include their membership number in order to register at the student rate.
• Advance registration fee is applicable for registrations made before 00.00 British Summer Time on 1st July 2005, but please see the information at the top of this page about author registration, which must be by 3rd June. Early registration is encouraged.
• Request for refund for cancellation of registration must be received before 00.00 British Summer Time on 1st July 2005. A service charge of £50/$100/€75 will be deducted for each cancelled registration.
