Guideline:

  4. Camera-Ready Paper Submission: You MUST submit your paper at both COMPSAC Submission Site and IEEE Conference Publishing Service



PAPER LENGTH and EXTRA PAGES ALLOWED in the PROCEEDINGS:

   Main Conference -

      Regular paper: 8 pages; up to 2 extra pages for no more than 10 pages total. Note that there is a 250 USD charge per extra page to complete the paper registration.

      Short paper: 4 pages; no extra pages allowed.

      Doctoral symposium: 3 pages; no extra pages allowed.

      Fast abstract: 2 pages; no extra page allowed.

      Keynote paper: if applicable. No more than 8 pages.

      Panel description and position statement: ONE page. No extra page allowed.


   Workshops -

      Regular paper: 6 pages. Up to 2 extra pages for no more than 8 pages total. Note that there is a 250 USD charge per extra page to complete the paper registration.

      Short paper: 4 pages; no extra pages allowed.

      Fast abstract: 2 pages; no extra page allowed.

      Keynote/Invited paper: if approved/applicable. No more than 6 pages.

      Panel description and position statement: ONE page. No extra page allowed.


Naming Conventions and Camera-Ready Submission for COMPSAC Main Conference Papers. ( please note that the name excluding the suffix .pdf will be used as a paper designator before a paper title in the IEEE submission process).

Naming Conventions and Camera-Ready Submission for WORKSHOP Papers.(Please note that the name excluding the suffix .pdf will be used as a paper designator before a paper title in the IEEE submission process).
  1. Normal workshop papers have to be WWWWWW-TTT-XXX-YYY.pdf, where WWWWWW is to be replaced by the workshop acronym, TTT is one of REG/SHT/FA (regular/short/fast abstract), XXX is the paper-id, and YYY is the contact author name.

  2. Redirected workshop papers (redirected from the main conference section), please use the naming convention WWWWWW-TTT-9XXX-YYY.pdf, where WWWWWW is to be replaced by the workshop acronym, TTT is one of REG/SHT/FA (regular/short/fast abstract), 9XXX is the paper-id that starts with the digit "9" to indicate redirected, and YYY is the contact author name.

  3. Panelists may upload position statement with file name lastname_firstname.pdf, and insert "Position Statement" on top of the submitted manuscript.

  4. Workshop Keynote papers need to be named as: KEY-workshop designators-firstname-lastname.pdf.
             -- For example, Jim King's keynote paper for workshop REFS(more workshop designator info here) should be named:

    KEY-REFS-Jim-King
