The 5th International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG 2011) provides a forum for researchers, developers, administrators, officers and users interested in the management of electronic commerce and electronic government to present their research results, and exchange idea.

ICMcCG has been successfully held for 4 times, and all the accpeted papers have been indexed by EI, ISTP, INSPEC.

• Enterprise management and information system
• Logistics and supply chain management
• Network aspect in e-commerce

The conference will take place on 5-6 November, 2011, Wudan, China. In addition to paper presentations from the delegates, the program includes keynote speeches.

The conference is internationally sponsored and supported by many universities and organizations including the following listed.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services, submitted for possible indexing through EI, ISTP, INSPEC and automatically included in the IEEE Digital Library.

Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations, and we cannot guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex.

Submissions must not be published or submitted to another conference or journals. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented in person by (one of) the author(s). Full papers must not exceed 8 pages (with size 8.5" x 11"), using the IEEE two-column template Authors should submit their paper via the electronic submission system of ICMeCG 2011.
