Presentation Formats / Paper Categories for ICWS'03
=========================================================================
We have had an amazing response to the Call For Papers. Many of the submitted
papers have received high evaluation points. Since we only have a limited
number of formal presentation slots during the conferences, the Conference
Paper Selection Committee approved the following categories of accepted
papers.
The Accepted Paper Categories are:
1. Regular Papers: (RRP) Regular Research Papers
2. Short Papers: (SRP) Short Research Papers
RRP papers will be a maximum of 7 IEEE style pages in Camera-Ready form
(will be published in the proceedings). RRP papers will be presented in
FORMAL Sessions. The Camera-Ready papers must be received by April 28,
2003. Please send your camera ready version, copyright form and registration
form to Hamid at hra@cs.uga.edu. Each presentation will be 20 minutes long.
An overhead view graph projector will be provided to each technical session;
if an author needs additional or other audio/visual aids, it should be
made known well in advance. The information about the time and the date
of your presentation will be E-mailed to you as soon as it becomes available
(late May or early June). Each paper/presentation will be included in a
relevant technical session - authors who will be presenting papers are
expected to introduce themselves to the chair of the session about 5 minutes
before the session starts (names of session chairs and conference room
numbers will be emailed to you in late May or early June.)
SRP papers will be a maximum of 4 IEEE style pages in Camera-Ready form
(will be published in the proceedings). SRP papers will be presented in
