In 1975 David Bunnell helped launch the PC revolution as one of the founders at MITS, the company that invented the personal computer. Working along side Bill Gates and Paul Allen, Bunnell started the first PC publications and events and created much of the original marketing material for Microsoft including its first ads and it’s original logo. He went on to launch many of the leading technology magazines including Personal Computing, PC magazine, PC World, Macworld, Publish, New Media, and Upside. Most recently, he has teamed up with technology visionaries Amit Srivastava and Sandeep Chatterjee to create a new kind of software company, called Foundationalnet, whose mission is to facilitate the adoption of nextgeneration Internet technologies. Foundationalnet has launched its first product, XMLinsider, which is a collaborative community Web site where developers and IT professionals can define, build, deploy and market XML Web services. XMLinsider is already generating phenomenal media recognition and “buzz” in the industry and is heralded by many as the “next great thing.” For more information and a test drive, visit www.xmlinsider.com.
Foundationalnet, Inc. is the worldwide media sponsor for ICWS'03. All registered ICWS'03 participants will be given free access to XMLinsider.net.
