PAPER SUBMISSIONS


The official language of SCC 2004 is English. Authors should submit a full (8-page) paper for the three research tracks and 4-page paper to SCC 2004 Industry Track and 8 workshops via electronic submission. The Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Please follow the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines to prepare your papers. The authors of the best papers will be encouraged to revise their papers for potential publication in International Journal of Web services Research (JWSR, http://www.idea-group.com/journals/details.asp?id=4138 ) and other journals. SCC 2004 will present one Best Paper Award and 3-5 Best Student Paper Awards. The first authors of the best student papers should be full-time students.

To submit papers or reviews, you must be registered with EDAS and log in. The Submit Paper buttons will bring you to the registration page if you don't have an account in EDAS Conference Management System. If you have an account, but don't remember your password, just leave it blank and EDAS will email it you. Your browser must have cookies enabled. You use the same user name and password for all tracks and conferences. Do not create a new account if you have moved; rather, edit your old account. If you are not sure what your EDAS login name is, try just your last name to see if EDAS knows you already.
