in PDF format. SCC 2004 provides the following three ways for registration.
1. Online Registration (Strongly Recommended)
A PayPal powered online registration system is avaiable now. As an eBay Company, PayPal provides the most popular on-line payment system. PayPal allows individual customer to send money or collect money online without any transaction fees.
SCC 2004 participants who are new to PayPal will no longer be required to create a PayPal account to complete the registration. You will go through an alternate checkout, and will have the option to sign up afterward. Please SELECT "No shipping required (online download, payment for a service, etc.)" when you provide your billing information on the shipping page.
SCC 2004 participants who already have PayPal accounts will continue to enjoy the privileges of those accounts, such as payment history and integration with eBay Auctions, and their checkout experience will remain the same.

4. Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed on or before 08/10/2004 to the registration chair of SCC 2004. All the registrations for published paper cannot be cancelled.
A $70 handling fee will be applied to all canceled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after the deadline (08/10/2004). No-shows will be billed. A letter on your company's letterhead is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement.
