Two ways to book:

- through Hilton online booking system
All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone (1-800-HILTONS). Attendees will reference AVJ when making reservations. The Hotel shall offer individuals the opportunity to make online reservations by way of the Hotel's web site (http://www.hiltonhawaiianvillage.com). Attendees will reference the group code when making online reservations. The reservation cut-off date for the conference special reate will be Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Room Rates
As a special offer for attendees wishing to upgrade their rooms, the hotel confirms the following special upgrade categories and rates, based on availability at time of making reservations:
- Partial Ocean View: $219.00
- Ocean View: $255.00
Climate
"The climate of Hawaii is typical for a tropical area, although
temperatures and humidity tend to be a bit less extreme than other
tropical locales due to the constant trade winds blowing from the east.
