  1. Registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, all workshops, Conference program book, Proceedings USB.
  2. Proof of student status requires one of the following to be shown during registration at the Conference: photo ID issued by the university or copy of a current IEEE student membership card.
  3. Conference attendees are invited to Welcome Reception, Conference banquet, and coffee breaks, and lunch without any charges.
  4. Each paper requires a full registration. Each additional paper that has an author with full registration requires an additional payment of 25,000JPY. A maximum of 4 additional papers is allowed.
  5. Each additional proceedings requires an additional payment of 10,000JPY.
  6. If additional banquet tickets or reception tickets are required, please contact to
    " fukuconferenceservice.jp".

Refund Policy
Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:
Cancellation before October 3, 2014: 100% of payment is refunded.
Cancellation after October 3, 2014 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.


Invitation Letter
We issue an invitation letter after you register to the conference. Normally, presenters/authors invitation letter will be issued without review in five business days, after requested.
Invitation letter for committee members is also issued in five business days.
If you are not presenter at the conference, you may be reviewed to be eligible to attend the conference in ten business days.

Visa Information
A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. The Secretariat will send an official letter of invitation upon request, through the registration form below after the registration and payment is complete. Please note we cannot issue this letter if you are not accepted to make a presentation at the conference. Based on our issued invitation letter, please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the letter.
