Kanazawa has Shinkansen train station and local train station, connecting from Tokyo and from Osaka. And, Komatsu airport(KMQ) is the nearest airport from Kanazawa and has international flights. Also, you may use Toyama airport(TOY) is the nearest airport from Toyama city and has international flights. Toyama is one of big city closed from Kanazawa.

If you use a train from Tokyo, you may use Hokuriku Shinkansen to get Kanazawa.
Kanazawa is last stop of the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line.
It takes 250 mins from Tokyo for about 13,600-14,120JPY. Hokuriku arch pass is popular rail pass for foreigners.

If you want to have a flight, you may use Komatsu airport (KMQ) or Toyama airport (TOY).
Komatsu airport has international flights from Seoul, Korea, Shanghai, China, and Taipei, Taiwan. Toyama airport has several non-stop international flights from Seoul, Korea, Dalian, China, Shanghai, China, and Taipei, Taiwan.
After getting Komatsu airport, you take a limousine bus from the airport to the Korinbo(Kanazawa city) or Kanazawa station. It takes 60-80 mins (1,130JPY) from Komatsu airport to the Kanazawa station or Korinbo(Kanazawa city).
If you directly come to the convention facility from the airport, we recommend you to get off at Korinbo. It takes just 5-7 mins by foot from Korinbo to the facility.

Other options to get Kanazawa is from Osaka or Nagoya.
If you use Kansai airport(KIX), you may take a JR train as shown in the map. It takes 4 hours from KIX to Kanazawa by train.

If you use Nagoya airport(NGO), you may take a train from the airport to the Nagoya station. Then, you take a bus from Nagoya station to Kanazawa. It takes 4 hours from Nagoya station to Kanazawa by bus.

Toyama city is one of big city near Kanazawa and has international airport and super express train station.
It takes about 130 mins from Tokyo station to Toyama by a super express train and takes about 13,000JPY.

Toyama airport has several non-stop international flights from Seoul, Korea, Dalian, China, Shanghai, China, and Taipei, Taiwan.
After getting Toyama airport, you take a limousine bus for 410JPY to go to Toyama station or Toyama city.
There are plenty number of hotels near Toyama station. From Toyama station to Kanazawa, there are 3 options, including Shinkansen(super express train), local train, and bus.
It takes 19-23 mins by Shinkansen(A Super Express Train) from Toyama station to Kanazawa station for about 2800-3,330JPY.
It takes 55-65 mins by local train(Ishikawa Railway) from Toyama station to Kanazawa station for about 1,220JPY.
It takes 55-65 mins from Toyama station to Kanazawa station for 930JPY.
If you want to get convention facility from Toyama station directly, we recommend to get off at Minami-Machi Bus stop, where is 2 stop after Kanazawa station.

If you use the bus, it is easier to get the convention facility.
