Invitation Letter / Visa
For any request regarding invitation letters, please, send a mail to Leila Abidi with the following information: first and last name, affiliation, name of the event as SOCA, title of the paper, ID of the paper, authors of the papers.
Note also that it is IEEE policy that anyone who requires visa application letter for a conference needs to register the conference. Thank you very much. The official visa website for France should be read carrefully.
Registration fees
The registration service of the IEEE Computer Society is used fo our conference.

Cancellation policies will be displayed during the registration process. The registration fees are listed below. Note that the VAT in France is 20% and that a verification of the IEEE membership will be done during the overall progress:

- IEEE Member Fee: 560 USD
- Non-Member Fee: 675 USD

- Student Non-Member Fee: 475 USD

- Full-Day IEEE Member Fee: 60 USD

Registration fees are composed of 'Normal registration fees' and 'Tutorials only' registration fees.
Normal registration fees include: 1 reception, 1 banquet, coffee breaks (Nov 19, 20, 21, 22), 3 lunches (Nov 20, 21, 22) + conference presentations + TUTORIALS + Proceedings.
Tutorials only registration fees are not for authors. They are dedicated to people who want to attend ONLY the tutorials. Tutorial only registration fees include 1 Welcome reception, coffee breaks, all tutorials. No proceedings.
