This year keynote speeches will be given by Dr. Weihua Zhuang entitled ' Vehicular Networking: Challenges and Opportunities on October 11th, and by Dr. Pierre Boucher entitled ' Towards 50 Billion Devices: A Sustainable Evolution of Mobile Networks ' on October 13th. The final technical program is now posted on the web site, and is available via Program Link. We appreciate if the presenting authors upload their presentations (.pdf or .ppt formats) via EDAS by October 9, 2010. Please note that the conference organizers and IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
