Please note:

1. The deadline for author registration is June 19 June 25. If you are registering for one paper, please select "IEEE member" registration type in order to pay $540 to register the paper.
2. Each paper, including full conference papers, short papers, and workshop papers, must be registered with payment of one full registration fee of $540 (i.e. IEEE member rate) before the camera-ready manuscript can be included in the proceedings. One full registration will admit only ONE presenter of each paper. Other authors will register according to the fee structure shown in the following table.
   
3. All papers in PDF format are due to IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services (CPS) by June 30. For any questions please contact proceedings editor, Simanta Mitra at smitra@iastate.edu.
