Wednesday July 22, 6:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday July 23, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday July 24, 7:00am -12:00pm

Authors Advance Registration Guideline: ( Deadline: May 1, 2009)

• Have your Paper ID ready
• Each Extra Page : $250: page limits for different categories of papers, please check here)
  (e.g. if you have a regular paper and a short paper the "paper registration" fee will be $680x2=$1360 USD).
• The Deadline for ALL AUTHORS is: May 1st. ALL AUTHORS MUST MAKE THIS DEADLINE in order to secure a space in the proceedings!
• Deadline For Other Participants: June 22nd

Regular Non-author Registration Guideline:
If you are not an author, please use the following fee table to register. You must present proof of registration to obtain a visa letter.

Registration Categories:
Full Member, Non-Member, and Life Member Registration includes Proceedings on USB, Receptions, Banquet, Refreshments, Conference Gift, and all On-site Sessions.
Student Member and Student Non-Member Registration includes Proceedings on USB, Receptions, Refreshments, Conference Gift, and all On-site Sessions. Student registration does not include a banquet ticket.

Proceedings:
One copy on USB: included in the registration
Extra copies will be available for purchase at the conference in Seattle
