Registration Inclusions:

• The CSEE&T 2014 Full package fee includes entry to all sessions (keynotes, workshops, tutorial) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, exhibits, breaks and lunches for those three days, the Wednesday reception, the Thursday banquet, and one digital copy of the conference proceedings.
• The CSEE&T 2014 ASEE&Tl package fee includes entry to all sessions (workshops, tutorial) on Wednesday, exhibits, breaks and lunch for this day, including the Wednesday reception, and one digital copy of the conference proceedings.

Changes to the Conference Program: We have carefully prepared CSEE&T 2014 and will do our best to run it as scheduled and published. However, we retain the right to make changes to the program if this should be necessary. Such modifications do not entitle participants to any refunds of participation fees.

Publication of Photos and Videos: Participants grant CSEE&T 2014 full and royalty-free permission to publish photos or videos taken at CSEE&T 2014. If a participant feels harassed by the way she or he is pictured on a photo or in a video published by CSEE&T 2014, she or he may send a deletion request in writing to cseet14-org@aau.at, Markus Maier, the CSEE&T 2014 Website Co-Chair.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations made in writing and emailed or postmarked by March 2, 2014 will be accepted subject to a 5.00 EUR cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after March 2, 2014. “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization. If a visa is denied to a delegate, then a refund of fees will be made upon presentation of suitable documentation showing refusal to grant a visa.
