Please follow the registration instructions carefully and complete the
registration before October 21, 2021 (authors of
accepted papers) and November 13, 2021 (other authors/participants).

For each accepted paper, at least one author MUST register at the
full rate, which is US$150 (CNY966) for IEEE member and
US$180
(CNY1159) for non-IEEE member.

For ICEBE 2021, the length of a long paper (including the
references)
should not exceed 8
pages (IEEE format) and the length of a normal paper
should not exceed 6 pages (IEEE format). Extra pages are
charged
US$150
per page. A maximum of two extra pages is allowed for each paper.

The
registration is required for all accepted papers to be included in
the conference proceedings. The registration fees are mainly to cover the publishing and
operating costs.
Other authors and attendees can register via free
registration entry before November 13, 2021.
Registrations
(including free registrations) are required to attend the virtual
conference.

Paper Registration
For paper registration, you are supposed to finish the following 2 steps:
- Submit your information in https://wj.qq.com/s2/9165736/01ec/.
- Pay the registration fees.
Please note that, we recommend Alipay and
WeChat Pay payment options. For credit card payment, one should
bind
the credit card to Alipay or WeChat Pay first, and then use
Alipay
and WeChat Pay to pay the fees.
If you want to pay in other methods
like bank transfer, please send an email to 594379509@qq.com and
indicate your payment
preference.
If you choose Alipay or WeChat Pay, please scan the
bellow QR
code. After filling in the basic information about the accepted
paper, you
will be directed to the invoice information page.
Please fill in the
invoice
title, tax number (if applicable), the mobile phone number
and/or
e-mail
address receiving the invoice, and the remarks (if necessary,
you
may remark
the conference information such as ICEBE 2021 in the invoice).
The
payment
starts after filling all the above information, and you will
receive
the
invoice after the successful payment.
