Travel information

Rome is easily accessible from most countries with direct flights served by Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci), and Ciampino (G.B. Pastine) airports. Both of them are about 30-35 km from downtown.

From Fiumicino Airport (FCO), you can take the Leonardo Express train, which leaves every 30 minutes for Rome’s main Termini station, from 6.38am until 11.38pm in direction from Fiumicino to Roma Termini, and from 5.50am until 10.50pm in direction from Roma Termini to Fiumicino. The ticket price is 14€ one way, and the trip is 31 minutes long.

From Ciampino Airport (CIA), there is a bus service connecting the Airport with the subway station “Anagnina” on Line A. Tickets cost 1.20€. From “Anagnina”, you can reach “Roma Termini” with the subway Line A.
