IEEE CCEM Pre-Conference Workshop
A Prelude to the IEEE CCEM 2018 Conference
Date: Saturday 7th April 2018 between 9 AM & 6 PM

This highly focused pre-conference workshop of IEEE CCEM-2018 is targeted at potential Participants planning to submit Technical Papers & Technology Showcase Entries to the Main Conference in Nov 2018, which is in its seventh year now. Through Early Paper cum PoCs proposals, these participants get an opportunity to present their ideas and obtain professional feedback and mentoring in an encouraging and nurturing environment for their submissions to the main conference. We encourage submissions for innovative cloud based systems that address emerging market problems, with a special focus on utilizing/enhancing the Cloud. Certificates and cash awards will be given for the three most innovative proposals submitted to the CCEM Pre-Conference Workshop
This workshop has two concurrent tracks: Track A, a set of 6 invited talks by eminent technologists & academics on the theme of the conference AND Track B, private presentations by Early Paper cum PoC proposal submitters to experts for review & professional feedback on what will surpass the selection criteria of the Conference Technical Programme Committee. All participants will attend Track A even as they await their turn to present & take feedback in Track B. Eminent Technologists delivering invited talks in Track A work for Checkpoint Software, IBM, Nutanix, Amazon, Openstream, RedHat etc
We invite prospectives planning to participate in IEEE CCEM 2018 to submit their three page proposals, strictly adhering to the given template, using/enhancing Cloud Computing, BigData Analytics, Deep Learning and Internet of Things. Confidential aspects of any proposal are not encouraged, discussed or shared.

Pre Conference Workshop-2018

Registration is by submission of a proposal for which there is no registration fee for this pre-conference workshop for the 1st selected Author. For the second Author it is Rs. 1000, and participants without proposals are required to register – at Rs 1500/- , and Students Rs 500/-. Admission to the workshop is strictly by invitation after successful proposals submission, & review only. Only two members per team of a selected proposal are allowed to be registered free. Others if any have to be paid registrants Papers are encouraged to be submitted even otherwise to the main conference without prejudice.
