REGISTRATION

The conference registration system (http://conf-reg.aau.at) is now online
The registration process is easy and consists of three steps.

  • First, you create a ConfReg account by providing a valid email-address. You will receive a notification mail and will be asked to confirm the mail.
  • Then, please log in, select CSEE&T as your conference and enter your personal data. Students, IEEE and PC Members do get special rates, so please provide your membership numbers and/or roles in this step. (Please note that your membership and role data will be checked.)
  • Finally, select your conference again (from the ConfReg main page) and add the conference package (including workshops and/or tutorial) to the shopping cart. When you are done, proceed to the payment. You will be redirected to a secure connection as payment is handled via an encrypted internet connection provided by mpay24.com. (All major credit cards are accepted.)

Please note: The early registration deadline is March 2nd, 2014 (American Samoa Time Zone). The conference registration system will ask you for your IEEE (IEEE-CS) membership number to get the reduced registration fee, so please make sure to have it at hand when filling out the form. Visa Applications: Visitors to Austria must have a valid passport and may require a visa. We recommend that you check with your nearest Austrian Embassy. In order to obtain a visa to attend the event, the organizing committee (cseet14-org@aau.at) will be glad to assist you with an official invitation letter. Here you will find more information on how to obtain a visa for Austria. (For people who have not participated in any CSEE&T or related event before, are not an author of an accepted paper, and for which the committee is not aware of their work in this area we kindly ask to furnish your vitae, showing your academic and/or technical credentials when sending your request to us.)
