Participants from non-EU countries must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the conference. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of the Czech Republic in their country in order to avoid inconvenience. The conference secretariat can provide the participants the official invitation letter upon request. This document, however, constitutes neither any obligation of the conference secretariat nor of the organizing committee to cover any travel or accommodation expenses, fees, or other costs related to attendance of the conference or stay in the Czech Republic.
