Author Registration Requirements
For each paper (regular, short, workshop, poster, and demo), at least one author must be registered at the full Member or Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether they are students. Failure to register by the deadline will result in the removal of the paper from the ACM proceedings or Smart Health Journal.
The author registration deadline is May 24, 2024.- Each author registration is valid for ONE paper.
- Regular paper should not exceed 12 pages.
- Short papers should not exceed 5 pages.
- Demo and poster papers should not exceed 2 pages.
- Workshop papers should not exceed 6 pages.
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be done on the registration site by the deadline
May 24, 2025, 11:59 PM AoE Time.
There will be an administrative fee of $50 for cancelled registrations.
You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline.
