Manuscripts should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically. Different page limits are imposed on research track full papers, research track short papers, industry track papers, doctoral symposium papers, and co-located workshop papers. Please check the corresponding Call-For-Papers for the correct page limit.
A paper submitted to IC2E 2016 cannot be under review for any other conference or journal during the entire time it is considered for IC2E 2016, and it must be substantially different from any previously published work. All submissions are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing Services. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if none of the authors attends the conference to present their paper.
Indexing (extracted from http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/benefits):
Conference publications published by CPS are submitted for indexing through INSPEC, the leading English-language bibliographic information service providing access to the world's scientific and technical literature in physics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, control engineering, computers and computing, and information technology. All CPS conference publications are also submitted for indexing to EI's Engineering Information Index, Compendex, and ISI Thomson's Scientific and Technical Proceedings, ISTP/ISI Proceedings, and Current Contents on Diskette. IEEE conference publications may also be indexed into specialized indexing services based on their content topic.
