The registration fees for IC2E 2026 are listed below in US Dollars ($/USD). Early registration fees apply until September 26, 2026 (AoE/GMT-12).
Cancellation policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to lij6@acm.org by September 30th, 2026 (AoE/GMT-12). There will be an 50% administrative fee for cancelled registrations. Author registrations are non-refundable.
A signed and personalized Letter of Invitation can be obtained via the conference registration website. This letter can be used to support attendees in their visa applications, if necessary. This document constitutes neither any obligation of the IC2E 2026 Organizing Committee to cover any travel or accommodation expenses, fees, or other costs related to attendance of the conference or stay in the US.
At least one author per paper must be registered as an author at the full Member/Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students. Each initial Author Registration fee is valid for one paper. If necessary, additional papers can be purchased per author registration at the regular author rate.
