Hotel Reservation
For those who want to reserve hotels during the period of ICEBE 2014, please download, fill in and return the reservation form (click me) to the hotel staff BEFORE October 19, 2014.
We provide reservation service only for Vertical City Hotel Guangzhou until now. When you arrive at Vertical City Hotel Guangzhou, please provide your identity document, you can enjoy the conference negotiated rate (RMB 450 per night with breakfast). Since it's the time of Guangzhou Fair by November, without our reservation, you may not have the special price or the organizing committee could not guarantee to book a hotel room for you in a later time, so please make the reservation as quickly as possible, not later than the deadline.
At last, we kindly remind you that the accommodation fee is not included in the registration expenses, you need to afford the fee by yourself.
