IEEE SERVICES 2020 Registration

ADVANCE REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 12

There are two registration sites, one is meant for registrants outside China or anyone who wishes to pay registration fee in USD. The other is for authors and registrants who reside inside China and wish to register with payment in CNY (RMB).

  Attention: If you register to the REGISTRATION INSIDE CHINA please contact Mr. Liu at 13810172678 inside China for invoices/receipts. Do NOT contact or send inquiries to the REGISTRATION OUTSIDE CHINA as these two systems are not connected.

  Authors & Participants

  Registration fees include access to all co-located conferences, admission of the registrant to the Congress reception on October 19, 2020 and banquet on October 21, 2020. Tickets for admission of additional persons can be purchased when still available. Student Conference Advance Registration will be available after August 3, 2019 until August 17.

  Note: Each paper even with student authors must pay full registration fee as shown above.
  Full Conference (for non-authors and authors not registering a paper; Student registration will open on August 3 and the cut-off date for advance student registration is August 17. After August 17, students will need to register with late registration fee rate. Doctoral Symposium papers and student posters can also be registered with the student advance registration rate between August 3 and August 17.

  All refund/cancellation requests* must be received by August 3 for Full Conference Registrations, and August 17 for Student Registrations. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund for Full Conference registrations and US$100 for Student registrations. *NOTE: Author Registrations are not refundable.
