The 2nd IEEE SERVICES Workshop on Network Services (NS)
Network services significantly impact performance of higher layer services/applications. The behavior of an end-to-end network service is the result of the combination of the individual network function behaviors as well as the behaviors of the network infrastructure composition mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink the existing strategies to maintain quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE).
