Nowadays, crossover or cross-domain is becoming an innovative strategy for enterprises to expand their products, services and markets. Crossover and convergence promote the cross-enterprise, cross-field or cross-industry collaborations, and result in innovative business models, brand-new products, or services. In a word, the crossover trend becomes increasingly prevalent.

As a new form of services in business and computing, crossover services can provide multi-dimensional services, high-quality user experiences and new values, through deeply converging services from different industries, different organizations and different value-delivery chains. As a new business model of the modern service industry, crossover services have the 3C characteristics, i.e., crossover, convergence and complex, which arises emergency. To provide a forum for crossover services, this workshop calls for original researches and applications including, but are not limited to:

Submission

We call for original and unpublished papers no longer than 6 pages (up to 2 additional pages may be purchased subject to approval by the Publication Chair.). All papers will be reviewed with a minimum of 3 good-quality reviews per paper. The manuscripts should be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and be submitted as PDF files (formatted for 8.5x11-inch paper).
