[June 22, 2022] IEEE Computer Society has negotiated reasonably priced UPC guest housing space for SERVICES Congress onsite attendees who are looking for a less expensive option than hotels. These rooms are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Please login to the registration portal to explore options and book a room. June 17, 2022] All presenters with papers in the proceedings should upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation. For remote presenters, this is required. The deadline for video upload is June 24. Follow the instructions from Underline to upload your video. The form required for upload is available here.
[June 17, 2022] IEEE TCSVC Awards have been announced and will be officially presented at the awards ceremony on Friday (12:10 CET). Congratultions to all of the awardees! See the awards page for details. [June 16, 2022] Interested in organizing a Birds-of-a-Feather session? The SERVICES Congress has reserved on-campus space at UPC the following times: [June 16, 2022] We encourage all SERVICES 2022 participants to take precautions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, and we politely request that participants wear masks at SERVICES events and sessions. If needed, we recommend the health centers of QURIONSALUD for medical services and COVID testing. These health centers offer the possibility to do the covid PCR test (results in 48 hours - 88euros) and the antigenic test (results in 24 hours-40euros). Please note that in order to do a COVID test, you must book an appointment online beforehand. We recommend that participants book an appointment prior to their arrival in Spain to ensure a slot before their departure. QUIRONSALUD hospitals can provide assistance to participants for any other illness or problem they may have. [June 15, 2022] ICDH student grant submissions deadline has been extended to June 22. [June 14, 2022] Award nominations and/or submissions for Open Software Service and ICDH Student Awards are due tomorrow! The WISC Scholarship Award submission deadline has been extended to June 22. [June 8, 2022] The SERVICES Congress virtual participation platform will be Underline, as in previous years. Instructions for authors to upload their videos to the Underline platform will be available soon. Authors should make sure they register by the deadline (currently June 10.) Please use your paper designator in all conference communications, and when you upload your camera ready and Underline video. [June 1, 2022] The deadline for the Open Software Services Award has been extended to Sunday, June 15. Please refer to your author kit for full instructions on uploading your camera ready paper to IEEE CPS. [May 24, 2022] Registration for the 2022 IEEE World Congress on SERVICES is open! [May 23, 2022] Paper notifications have been sent out by all conferences. Authors with accepted papers should check their email for the author kit sent by IEEE Conference Publishing Service for full instructions on submitting camera ready papers. [May 9, 2022] The ICDH 2022 conference has announced the 2022 Student Grants & Awards Call for Participation. 2022 1st IEEE Open Software Services Award [May 1, 2022] The Congress is pleased to announce the 1st IEEE Open Software Services Award, to be presented at the 2022 Congress Awards Ceremony in Barcelona and online. [March 20, 2022] Keynotes and plenary panels/events will be posted as information comes available. Alessandro Curioni, IBM Fellow, Vice President of IBM Research Europe and Africa and Director of the IBM Research lab in Zurich, Switzerland will deliver the opening keynote address on July 12. Dejan Milojicic, Distinguished Technologist and Director at Hewlett Packard Labs will speak on Technology Predictions on July 13! Stay tuned for additional keynotes and plenary events.
[March 11, 2022] The IEEE Technical Community on Services Computing will sponsor cash awards for every Best Paper and Student Best Paper, as well as other IEEE TCSVC Awardees. More information on available awards is listed on the Awards page.
[February 5, 2022] The 2022 IEEE World Congress on SERVICES will be held in hybrid mode with a physical presence in Barcelona, Spain. The organizing committee is currently planning on extending the paper submission deadline to April 1. Please check conference calls for papers for confirmation on extended due dates.
[January 24, 2022] The TCSVC will sponsor cash prizes of USD 400.00 to every Best Paper and Best Student Paper at IEEE SERVICES 2022. Paper submission links are now available on the Call for Papers for each conference.
