Registration Categories and Fees

Registration categories and fees for IEEE VR 2009 are dependent upon your IEEE membership status, conference activities you are interested in attending, and registration time. The table below shows the registration categories available this year. The registration categories are:

• Basic conference - Includes admission to the main IEEE VR 2009 conference March 16-18, 2009: Papers, Sketches, Panels, Posters, Exhibits, and Research Demonstrations. It also includes: One ticket for the Exhibitors Reception, one ticket for the reception at LITE, one ticket for the Conference Reception, one USB drive with the conference proceedings, and one pass for conference shuttle transportation.


• Workshops/Tutorials/3DUI - Includes admission to all the tutorials and workshops on March 14-15 2009 and to the 3DUI Symposium also March 14-15. It also includes one USB drive with the 3DUI proceedings.


• Full Conference: Includes access to ALL activities and events for IEEE VR 2009 March 14-18 2009, one USB drive with the conference proceedings,one USB drive with the 3DUI proceedings, and one pass for conference shuttle transportation.


• One Day Pass: Includes Includes: access to the presentations for the day of the pass, and the exhibit hall only. No proceedings,access to receptions or banquets.

Mail or FAX Registration

Registration by Mail or FAX is now available.. For the benefit of those that will be attending the conference from outside the U.S., and require a letter indicating that they have paid to help obtain a visa to visit the U.S., a form suitable for Mailing or FAXing a registration is now available.
