IC2E 2014 Industry Track
Call for Submissions
The Industrial Track of the IC2E 2014 solicits papers for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the conference proceedings. The topics of interest are similar to those in the general conference Call For Papers. The purpose of the Industrial Track is to emphasize practical experience and to disseminate information of particular interest to developers, practitioners, and others involved in real-world cloud systems. Examples of these key areas include:
- Experience with industry-segment-specific cloud deployments and applications
- Issues regarding design choices and practical deployments in PaaS, SaaS, etc
- Issues of scalability, availability, robustness, and failure recovery
- Life cycle, system evolution, and self-healing
- Metering, pricing, billing, monitoring
- Interoperability, versioning , compatibility, and dependencies
- Experience with Cloud Computing management stacks, tools, and integration
- Open source implementations of cloud technologies
- Performance studies and improvements of real-world systems
- Cloud customer experience
- Usability studies
Submissions should be made using the conference submission system at
http://london.csl.toronto.edu/IC2E14/conferences/ic2e14-industry/.
Papers must not exceed 8 pages (IEEE style), including abstract, all figures, tables, and references. Submitted papers should follow the general IC2E formatting instructions.
Submitted papers may not be submitted for conference publication, journal publication, or be under review for any other conference or journal. For any questions regarding this matter, please contact the track chair.

November 1st, 2013 11:59 PST - Paper submission
December 20th, 2013 - Acceptance notification
January 17th, 2014 - Camera Ready due
