As for IC2E 2013, the best papers presented in IC2E 2014 will be selected for a special
issue of IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing (TCC).

In addition, extended versions of high-quality papers from the main conference and the co-located workshops will be published in a special issue of the International Journal on Big Data Intelligence.
