IEEE/ACM CHASE 2026 will be held August 4–6, 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
Hotel reservations are available through the CHASE 2026 hotel block. Reserve your hotel room. The hotel reservation cut-off deadline is Friday, July 3, 2026.
Full Conference
The attendee who pays the “Full Conference” rate may attend the main conference sessions from August 4–6, 2026.

Full Conference + Workshop

Workshop Only

Author Registration Requirements
For each paper, including regular, short, poster, and demo papers, at least one author must be registered at the full ACM/IEEE Member rate or full Non-ACM/IEEE Member rate, regardless of whether the author is a student.
For each workshop paper, at least one author must be registered at a full ACM/IEEE Member rate or full Non-ACM/IEEE Member rate that includes workshop access, regardless of whether the author is a student.
Failure to register by the author registration deadline will result in the removal of the paper.
- Each author registration is valid for one paper.
- Authors must provide the paper type, paper ID number, and paper title during registration.
- Paper types include Main Conference, Workshop, Poster, and Demo.
- Authors can locate their paper ID at https://chase26.hotcrp.com/.
- Additional papers may not be purchased at a discount.
- Extra pages may not be purchased.

Workshop Information
Workshop registration provides access to all CHASE 2026 workshops. During registration, attendees may be asked to indicate which workshop they plan to attend.

Visa Invitation Letters
Attendees who need a visa invitation letter may indicate this during registration. Additional instructions for requesting a visa invitation letter will be provided through the registration process.
Cancellation Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be received in writing by July 13, 2026, 11:59 PM AoE Time.
There will be an administrative fee of US$50 for canceled registrations. Registrations may only be canceled before the cancellation deadline.
Author registrations are refundable before the cancellation deadline, with the administrative cancellation fee applied.
