This workshop aims to bring together researchers and industrial practitioners to exchange new findings and ideas on methodological crossing of Data, Information, Knowledge and Wisdom modeling, reasoning, computation and validation research and experimentation. Contributors and organizers also seek to explore potential theoretical challenges and industrialization concerns during their research and practice towards crossing models fusing Data, Information, Knowledge and Wisdom.

Victor Tang, MIT
Victor Tang was research scientist and consultant to MIT. Formerly VP IBM-China, senior executive IBM-corporate strategy, and systems development. Founder and Secretary General of China & IBM Technology Cooperation Committee for three years. IBM’s Technology Executive for the International Olympic Committee and the 1998 Winter Olympic Games. Earned eight IBM Outstanding-Contribution Awards. Has advised the United Nations, and the Chinese government, etc. Has taught and lectured in Asia, South America and Europe. Has many research papers and authored four technology-management and technical textbooks. Book published by the Oxford University Press has been translated into Russian, Korean, and Chinese. His fourth book, Executive Decision Synthesis, is published by Springer, Heidelberg. Victor speaks English, Chinese, Spanish, and French. Has BS Electrical Engineering and MS Mathematics from Purdue, Master’s Business Policy from Columbia, and PhD from MIT.

Jia Zhang, Southern Methodist University
Jia Zhang is serving as the Interim Chair of the Computer Science Department in the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. She is the Cruse C. and Marjorie F. Calahan Centennial Chair in Engineering, Professor of Department of Computer Science. Her research interests emphasize the application of machine learning and information retrieval methods to tackle data science infrastructure problems, with a recent focus on scientific workflows, provenance mining, software discovery, knowledge graph, and interdisciplinary applications of all of these interests in the area of earth science. Dr. Zhang has co-authored one textbook "Services Computing" and has published over 170 refereed journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers. Her research won two Best Paper awards at IEEE SCC (2011, 2017), and three Best Student Paper awards at IEEE ICWS (2014, 2018) and IEEE ICCC (2018). She also holds three US patents. Dr. Zhang has served as an associated editor of the IEEE TSC 2008. She served as Program Committee Chair for IEEE SCC (2020), ICWS (2019), CLOUD (2018), and BigData Congress (2017).

Ji Zhang, University of Southern Queensland
Ji Zhang is currently a full Professor in computer science, as well as School International Director, at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia. He is an IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, ACM member, Australian Endeavour Fellow, Queensland International Fellow (Australia) and Izaak Walton Killam Scholar (Canada). His research interests are big data analytics, knowledge discovery and data mining (KDD), computational intelligence, information privacy and security. He has published over 200 papers in major peer-reviewed international journals and conferences including AAAI, IJCAI, VLDB, CIKM, SIGKDD, ICDE, ICDM and WWW. Prof. Zhang is the recipient Australian Endeavor Award, USQ Research Excellence Award and Head of Department Research Award. He was the visiting professor of Michigan State University, USA and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Mykola Nikitchenko, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
Mykola Nikitchenko is the Chairman of the Department of Theory and Technology of Programming at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine). His main scientific interests are: foundations of Logic and Computer Science, formal methods of software development, abstract computability, predicate and program logics. He was a visiting researcher at the International Institute for Software Technology of the United Nations University, Macao (1996); Guest Professor at the Technical University of Denmark (1997-1998), Paul Sabatier University of Toulouse, France (2011), Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria (2012), University of Bialystok, Poland (2017); a lecturer at the World Congress and School on Universal Logic in Vichy, France (2018). He is the (co)author of 10 handbooks and monographs. He is the current Chairman of the Ukrainian Logic Society.

Xuanting Cai, Facebook
Xuanting got his Ph.D and B.S. from Louisiana State University and Peking University, respectively. He worked on ad recommendation for years in multiple leading companies including Google, Alibaba and Facebook. He is leading multiple efforts on Responsible AI in Facebook ad organization, which tries to address the user concerns about privacy and personalization. Some of the efforts are User Ad Experience Control, Recommendation Explainability, Privacy Policy and Fairness of Ad Recommendation.
