[January 20, 2021] The current conditions of the global COVID-19 pandemic make it impossible to ensure safety to hold a physical conference in Chicago in September 2021. We are very regretful to announce that the Congress 2021 and its co-located events will be moved fully online as a virtual event. It is a very difficult decision, but we believe it is the right one going fully online. Our Organizing Committee has been working very hard behind the scenes in making the 2021 edition a safe and successful event. All deadlines will remain the same. More information will be announced soon.

[November 15, 2020] The websites of the four co-located flagship conferences are up. Please visit and view the calls for papers:
IEEE CLOUD
IEEE ICWS
IEEE SCC
IEEE SMDS

[November 11, 2020] IEEE 2020 SERVICES Congress concluded as a successful online event. Please view our promotion video for 2021, and feel welcome to distribute the flyer for the 2021 Call for Papers. See you next September in Chicago!
