Registration Categories and Fees
Registration categories and fees for the conference are dependent upon
your IEEE membership status, conference activities you are interested
in attending, and registration time. The table below shows the
registration categories available this year. The registration
categories are:
- VR - Includes admission to the main IEEE VR 2010
conference March 22-24: Long Papers, Short Papers, Panels, Posters,
Exhibits, and Research Demonstrations. It also includes: One
ticket for the Exhibits Reception, one ticket for the reception
at WPI, one ticket for the VR Banquet, and one USB drive with the
unified proceedings.
- 3DUI/Workshops/Tutorials - Includes admission to the 3DUI Symposium 2010
on March 20-21, and all the workshops and tutorials on March 20-21.
It also includes one USB drive with the unified proceedings. If your
registration includes 3DUI/Tutorials/Workshops, you are free to attend
any of those events, as they occur at the same time.
- Haptics - Includes admission to the Hapitcs Symposium 2010
March 25-26: Papers, Posters, Exhibits, and Research Demonstrations.
It also includes: One ticket for the Haptics Welcome Reception, one ticket
for the Haptics Banquet, and one USB drive with the unified proceedings.
- Full Week: Includes access to ALL activities and events listed in VR,
3DUI, and Haptics above, and one USB drive with the unified proceedings.
- One Day Pass: Includes access to the presentations for the day of the
pass, and the exhibit hall only. No proceedings, no access to receptions, and no
access to banquets.

Mail or FAX Registration
Registration by Mail or FAX is now available. Those who need a letter indicating that they have paid in order to obtain a visa for attending the conference from outside the U.S. should use this form, and mail or FAX it to the address on the form. Instructions for paying using wire-transfer can be found on this form too.
